Safe and Local Supplier Approval
SALSA is a food safety certification scheme which is appropriate for smaller/medium food producers and suppliers.
Approved suppliers can demonstrate that they operate to standards that are recognised and accepted across the industry and exceed the minimum standards expected by enforcement authorities.
SALSA approval is only granted to suppliers who are able to demonstrate to an auditor that they are able to produce and supply safe and legal food and are committed to continually meeting the requirements of the SALSA standard.
Our team are Salsa approved mentors and auditors who can assist your business through all the stages to achieving accreditation. We will carry out GAP analysis of your system and set up a robust implementation plan through to design and development of your system based on the GAP result to Salsa accreditation.
